Caitlin Brunell, Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2008

Dominick Fink, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Preteen

On June 30, 2007 Dominick Fink was crowned Miss Virginia's Outstanding Preteen in Roanoke, Virginia. She is the 11 year old daughter of Ken and Lesley Anderson. She is a rising 6th grader, honor roll student, dancer and founder of HUGS. This year will mark her 4th year of dance instruction. She currently is taking classes in lyrical, ballet, Pointe, jazz, tap, hip-hop and contemporary. The Miss Virginia system has given Dominick the chance to volunteer for many wonderful organizations such as; Relay For Life, March Of Dimes and Color Out Cancer.

Hilary Moyler, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen

Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2007, Hilary Moyler, is a rising senior at Indian River High in Chesapeake, Va. She also attends the Governor's School for the Arts where she studies Musical Theater. In the future, she plans to attend a liberal arts college and major in Musical Theater. Outside of performing, Hilary enjoys swimming, shopping and spending time with family and friends. As Virginia's Outstanding Teen, she is looking forward to advancing her platform of providing affordable housing for the less fortunate through the "Habitat for Humanity" organization.

Brittany Young, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2006

Brittany is an 18-year old freshman at James Madison University majoring in music. Brittany was Miss Teen Greater Richmond 2005 and Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2006. While representing Virginia, she was the winner of an $18,000 scholarship as 2nd runner-up to Miss America’s Outstanding Teen and a preliminary talent award winner in 2007.

Bailey Moulse, Miss Greater Richmond's Outstanding Teen

Miss Greater Richmond's Outstanding Teen 2007, Bailey Moulse, was 3rd runner up in the 2007 Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen Pageant. Bailey sings classical voice, dances ballet and jazz and plays classical piano and violin. Bailey is a senior at Great Bridge High School where she is a member of the National Honor Society and the Principal’s Academic Awards Program. Bailey also attends the Governor’s School for the Arts (Musical Theatre Dept.) where she recently performed the role of Lizzie in Goblin Market. Bailey’s goal is to attend college and major in Musical Theatre.

Allison Exner, Virginia Cinderella Miss

Allison Exner is an 8th grade honor student in Chesapeake. She is a co-captain of her middle school cheer squad and a member of the girls’ track team. Allison is a flautist in her middle school band, a member of the National Junior Honor Society, and an active member of the Girl Scouts. Allison is a student of dance at Academie de Ballet and Copeland Mills School of the Arts. Allison has participated in pageantry holding the titles of Miss Preteen Portsmouth Seawall, Miss Preteen Greater Richmond, Miss Preteen Chesapeake, America’s Classic Miss Virginia Preteen, and Virginia Cinderella Mini Miss. She is the reigning Virginia Cinderella Miss.
