The Miss Hampton Roads Board is excited to announce the launching of a new local franchise, Miss Coastal VA.  This will be an open pageant taking place in VA Beach on 2/28.  More info to come soon!

Miss Hampton Roads 2009, the Second Annual pageant, will be held Saturday November 8, 2008 and promises to be a fantastic competition and show!  The event will be held at the beautiful Sandler Center for the Performing Arts in Virginia Beach, VA with the Afterglow Party immediately following in the same facility in the Miller Studio.

In our inaugural pageant Elizabeth Carson Crot emerged as the winner in the Miss division and represented her title at the 2008 Miss Virginia Pageant that was held at the Roanoke Civic Center this past June.  Elizabeth won Preliminary Talent and placed Third Runner-Up to Miss Virginia.  WAY TO GO ELIZABETH!!  YOU MADE US SO PROUD!!!

 

Cassie Donegan and Malissa Sibly competed in the Miss Virginia Outstanding Teen/Preteen pageants in Roanoke the same week as Miss Virginia.  Both young ladies took 3rd Runner-Up in their age divisions.  Emily Kinsey and Reagan Jackson were both Miss Hampton Roads Princesses and were mentored by Miss Hampton Roads, Elizabeth Crot, at the Miss Virginia pageant.  Reagan & Emily both appeared on-stage and on TV during the competition and participated in various Miss Virginia pageant activities.
