The inaugural pageant was Saturday November 10, 2007 and what a fantastic competition and show it was!  The event was held at the beautiful Chrysler Museum Kaufman Theatre in Norfolk, VA.  We had 30 contestants in the younger age divisions and 12 Miss contestants competing for the crown.  It was an exciting day!! Special thanks to our amazingly talented co-host Troy & Jessica Hedspeth and to the wonderful Chelsie Darling for hosting the afternoon event.  Also a special thanks to Dominick Fink, MVOPT 2007, Hilary Moyler MVOT 2007 & our Special Guest, Caitlin Brunell, Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2008!!

Elizabeth Carson Crot emerged as the winner in the Miss division and will represent her title at the 2008 Miss Virginia Pageant to be held at the Roanoke Civic Center in late June.  Miss Hampton Roads Finalists and preliminary awards were as follows:

The Miss Hampton Roads pageant is a preliminary to the Miss Virginia and the Miss America Pageant.  After the pageant we enjoyed the After Glow Party at BOBBYWOOD.

Cassie Donegan and Malissa Sibly will go on to compete in the Miss Virginia Outstanding Teen/Preteen pageants in Roanoke the same week as Miss Virginia.  Emily Kinsey and Reagan Jackson will both be Miss Hampton Roads Princesses and be mentored by Miss Hampton Roads, Elizabeth Crot, at the Miss Virginia pageant, appear on-stage and participate in various Miss Virginia pageant activities.
